Hello XC Parents,

I have copied the information about our MHS Athletic Booster Club's fundraiser Oyster Roast. Your athlete will have 3-4 tickets to sell. Cost per ticket will be: 
$35.00 non employees  
$25.00 employees 
Please keep record of the number of MHS employee tickets sold. 
Below is the sign up sheet to help with the Roast, please help in you area of expertise.

Money collected will be need to be sent to; (we can relay through me in a sealed enveloped with any remaining tickets)

Hello to all MAV supporters. We are the MAVS athletic booster club. We have decided to host a fundraiser in an effort to raise money for our athletes as well as honor our alumni and bring the Mauldin community together. We are very excited about what this event will mean to our program and community. We are having an oyster roast that will have the obvious (oysters), bar b q, music, beer & wine, etc. This will be an adult only event. 

The Booster Blitz (Required for all athletes) will be on 24 August for 2-5 PM. All MHS athletes will be involved. We will meet in the auditorium at 2 PM. Food will be provided for the athletes. 
Our assigned date for the Football Concession Schedule will be 26 September. This is another requirement for both teams. The boys team has the upper concession stand and the girls team has the lower. More information will be coming. We need one parent and one child for this event.
