Mav Swimmer Qualifies for Olympic Trials
Danielle Galyer a rising junior at Mauldin High School and a member of the Mavs swimming team, qualified for an opportunity to swim in the 2012 Olympic Time Trials in the 200 Backstroke. Danielle and her sister Allie who is also a member of the Mavs swim team are participating in the Conoco Phillips National Champs swim meet hosted by Stanford University in Northern California. They along with several other Upstate swimmers have had the opportunity to rub shoulders with current USA Olympic swimmers such as Ryan Lochte and others. Congratulations Danielle on your achievement.
