2014 Condition Begins Soon!
Conditioning starts Monday June 23rd at 7am. Meet in the student parking lot near the football stadium entrance.
You must have:
A physical dated after April 1, 2014 signed by physician
$55 insurance check
A reflective vest
Any and all other forms (still to come) are good to have in asap.
Work up to 3+ mile between now and then.
Let Coach Howell know if you won't be there.
Practice will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Informational Meeting for '14 Cross Country Season
Anyone interested in running Cross-Country for Mauldin High School
We will have an informational meeting on 29 May 2014 at 6:30 pm in the MHS Media Center.
Rising 7th & 8th graders are welcome to run. Coach Howell has coached 16 state championship teams.
