TRACK CONDITIONING BEGINS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 4:00 sharp in the Football stadium or lower field depending on the results of Football playoffs on Friday night.
Always be prepared for any kind of weather at practice. Keep in your bag (hat, gloves, long pants, sweatshirt, jacket)
Bring all your stuff with you to the lower fields, you will not be let back into school after practice.
Attendance is not mandatory but encouraged as this is the only way to get ready for the season.
Coaches will evaluate athletes and performances to determine placement in the various events. Coaches will determine who will compete in what event, not the athletes.
These 3 forms must be complete before you begin conditioning with the track team
If you participated in a Fall '08 sport you will not need to complete these forms again

IF YOU MISSED THE MEETING AND STILL WANT TO JOIN US ON MONDAY, PLEASE STOP IN AND SEE COACH HOLMES IN ISS or COACH MICHEL.
There will be a brief informational meeting on Thursday, November 13th at 4:00 p.m for the upcoming Track season. Any interested students who cannot attend the meeting should stop by and see Coach Harris or Coach Holmes before November 13th .
